Santa Clara Law's Student Bar Association

We, the students of the Santa Clara University School of Law, do establish this Constitution for the Student Bar Association (SBA) to represent the interests of law students in their relationship with faculty, administration, alumni and the surrounding community, and in order to facilitate effective leadership, promote diversity, and encourage the development of professional relationships. All students enrolled in the Santa Clara University School of Law shall be Members of the Student Bar Association and shall be entitled to vote in any duly held election provided for by this Constitution and its bylaws. Any member may serve as an Officer or Representative consistent with this Constitution and its bylaws, unless found in violation of the Honor Code.
