Founded by Simon Woods, SCWoods&Co is an executive coaching and consulting company with a mission to help individuals and organisations think differently to realise the true potential that lies within each person and every network of people striving towards the same goal. This has always been a passion of Simon's and pulses through the veins of his coaching and consulting work, continually striving to help you or your organisation. Simon has worked in many industries across Australia and China, reaching an executive, C level role by his early thirties. Throughout his 15+ year career Simon has coached, mentored and trained staff, peers and senior managers. With his experience, and approach being based on the belief that every person and organisation has more potential than they realise, Simon can help you focus on long and short-term goals, think differently and realise your potential.
