Our vision is to create amazing homes to support people living with a disability achieve a connected, fulfilling and independent life at home and in the community through Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). This vision has led us to build accessible and “smart” homes combining premium fixtures and fittings with accessible functionality and smart technology to cater for their specific and complex needs. Our developments are small in size, they are conveniently located in close proximity to shops, amenities, transport and include lots of natural light. Incorporated in the design are fit-for-purpose shared spaces such as therapy rooms and communal gardens to enhance quality of life for people living with disabilities and their families. In addition, we apply a Give Back package to Participants who tenant our homes, where they are offered additional support and resources every year for extras and benefits of their choice to make life more enjoyable and easier.
