SEA-PLM

The Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) is a regional learning assessment and capacity building programme. The SEA-PLM programme was initiated in 2012 and is co-managed by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Association (SEAMEO) and UNICEF EAPRO. The programme assesses and monitors students' knowledge and skills acquisition and further improves primary education quality in Southeast Asia. It is designed by and for the Southeast Asian countries to strengthen relevant and equitable learning outcomes for students in basic education. SEA-PLM supports the acceleration of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) in the region to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities.
