As part of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO), Regional Language Centre (RELC) is a premium platform in the Southeast Asian region. We are a unique centre within this region. At SEAMEO RELC, we do not just design and develop courses, we also provide hosting facilities to our partners, clients and course participants.
