Seacoast Capital is a private investment firm that makes non-control investments. Unlike most private equity funds, we don’t buy companies. Rather, we provide debt and equity capital to management teams looking to grow, not exit their business.
Seacoast partners with management teams looking for capital to achieve a specific objective – growth, recapitalization, acquisitions, or to buy out a partner or family member. Our customized capital solutions are less dilutive and less invasive than traditional private equity transactions.
Non-control investing is a specialty. Most private equity firms only invest capital when they can be in control—that is not our model.

At Seacoast, we pride ourselves on our relationships with the management teams who operate our partner companies, as well as their advisors. Our interests are aligned with management or we don’t invest. We find that our partner companies appreciate our value and guidance – as a result, many members of our partner companies’ management teams have become investors in subsequent Seacoast funds.
Seacoast invests $5MM to $25MM in companies with greater than $10MM in revenue and $2MM in EBITDA. Currently investing our $260MM fourth fund, we continue to aggressively pursue new investment opportunities.
