Sealaska Constructors is a full service construction management firm specializing in complex, highly sophisticated design and the construction of commercial and industrial projects. We have in-depth experience in project planning, organizing, costing, and general oversight.
We have completed nearly 50 projects ranging in value from $10,000 to an excess of $20.0 million at over 15 military bases across the country. Our customers include the United States Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, the United States Fish and Wildlife department, the Center for Disease Control, Federal Bureau of Prisons, the United States Air Force and the United States Army.
Every project is centered around keeping the job on time, within budget and with complete owner and user satisfaction. Project success is dependent upon a positive interaction between the construction/design team and the owner/user group.
Another key factor to our success is working closely with subcontractors. Sealaska Constructors treats subcontractors as project partners and works closely with them from bid time through project closeout.
