SeAnalytics is a consultancy company specialized in marine environmental monitoring. Our vision is to implement new and effective surveillance methods for species and habitats in aquatic environments. One example is DNA-based identification methods that allow surveillance of species and biological communities at unprecedented scale. SeAnalytics was founded in 2013 as a spin-off from the marine research institutions at the University of Gothenburg. Since then, the company has developed strong linkages to maritime industries as well as public authorities working with marine and freshwater environments. Our facilities in Gothenburg are the base for operations in Sweden and neighboring countries. We have a state-of the-art DNA laboratory which enables us to quickly process, sequence, and analyse large sample batches. Our custom-designed fieldwork equipment allows us to efficiently monitor and sample biological communities in coastal and freshwater environments.
