Section Z is a 501c3 launched in 2023 that brings a diverse group of young female athletes to live sporting events.
MISSION | To expose young female and female identifying individuals to live sports events by having a dedicated section of seats at every professional sports stadium.
PURPOSE | Ignite the dreamer within to show what’s possible through sports.
SO THAT | They are inspired and see the growing opportunities and careers sports provide for women both on and off the court and field.
Section Z gives a diverse, underserved demographic a chance to attend live sporting events.
Shows participants firsthand that a career in professional sports is possible – as an athlete or otherwise
Encourages girls that they belong and are an active part of the sports community, showing them they bring value and are the future.
