We provide risk assessments and risk consulting, including physical security program evaluation, environmental design considerations, technology solutions, training systems and training operations, use of force subject matter expertise, critical incident review and investigations, and other security resource evaluation. We design custom workplace violence training, de-escalation training, tactical training, and evaluate overall training operations to fit specific demands. We conduct environmental design consulting, assessing the security of a business or facility from a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design perspective. We review and investigate incidents of crime and use of force, providing gap analyses and action plans to improve workplace safety. We evaluate the use of security technology and provide resources and best practices for integrating technology into the overall risk mitigation plan.
