See ME Not asd® believes elevating exceptional people is what makes you a visonary. We show you how. Everyone wants to believe they are a visionary, but most haven’t done the mindset training to actually be one. Being a visionary means choosing to see what makes individuals exceptional as a means of elevating and serving one another better. We know and love that experiences and circumstances vary among us, but really dislike social constructs that lead us to hyperfocus on the labels we’ve been given — the ones that categorize our polarizing differences, diversities, diagnoses, and disabilities in a way that limits others’ imagination about what is possible for any one person or group of similarly labeled people. What we know is too often people are denied dignity, support, and genuine belief in their abilities because someone else’s vision was blurred by a societally driven focal point on labels. We always lead with the question: what makes you exceptional? Most people don’t have an answer because they have never been asked or encouraged to see themselves as exceptional. And if we can’t see ourselves this way, chances are we don’t see others this way either.
