Next Gen data centers are operated through three Regional Operating Companies: - Sequitor Heartland - Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado - Sequitor Great Plains - Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota - Sequitor Great Lakes - Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana Sequitor Edge also provides expert services to support organizations' IT decision making: IT strategy, IT infrastructure strategy, hosted services vendor selection, cyber security, AI strategy, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service. Sequitor Edge partners with regional real estate development firms to build its proprietary Next Generation edge data centers in underserved markets. These collaborations often include partnering with local economic development groups to maximize the economic growth potential of edge data centers in a local technology eco-system. Sequitor Edge also partners with its affiliated company, Sequitor Energy, and other Energy-as-a-Service firms to develop renewable energy solutions in conjunction with its data center development projects.
