SereneCare offers personalised community and home care services and aged care navigation assistance to senior Australians and their supporting carers. SereneCare is dedicated to providing personalised services with the highest quality and professionalism. We accomplish this by putting the needs of our customers first and supporting our staff with adequate training, mentoring and career progression opportunities. SereneCare was founded by two health professionals with extensive clinical and senior management experience within Victoria's largest aged care organisations. SereneCare was built on a passion for aged care and a strong commitment to excellence. With a combined 35 years in aged care, our Founders understand the complexities of the aged care sector, but more importantly, the possibilities and opportunities that exist to ensure senior Australians live a full, dignified and serene life. SereneCare's strength lies in our ability to understand our customers and staff on a personal level. Our approach to service delivery, whilst comprehensive and transparent, does not follow a "cookie-cutter" approach.
