SereneCare was founded by two health professionals with extensive clinical and senior management experience within Victoria's largest aged care organisations. SereneCare was built on a passion for aged care and a strong commitment to excellence. With a combined 35 years in aged care, our Founders understand the complexities of the aged care sector, but more importantly, the possibilities and opportunities that exist to ensure senior Australians live a full, dignified and serene life.
