The SDN Academy is an initiative of the global Service Design Network, the first and foremost community for service designers, world-wide. The Academy makes use of SDN-accredited trainers to deliver trainings on a range of service design topics, from introductory courses to advanced-level masterclasses. In addition, our trainers are available to deliver in-house, custom-made trainings for private and public-sector organizations of any size.
