I am a solution oriented and innovative Change Designer and Facilitator, and Service Designer Teacher and Researcher. In my PhD I studied diversity and service experiences in the Finnish social service ecosystem. I have nearly 20 years of experience in creating and researching social and organizational change in culturally diverse environments around the globe -from the equator in Ecuador to the furthest corners of Finnish Lapland. My expertise includes: change needs assessment using ethnographic and service design methods; change process design and facilitation; creative workshop design and facilitation; service design and change design training and coaching; and measuring, monitoring and evaluation of change.I work for the people who have experienced being invisible or unheard. They exist in every organization, group and community. The projects and organizations that I work for are my tool to make all the people involved in the change in question visible. When invisible people become visible, invisible problems also surface and new solutions can be created. Creating true co-creation is the only way to foster innovation, creativity, equality and sustainable change. I am a true believer in experience based knowledge and use the design thinking process and organizational and work psychology, design research, service design, transformation design and professional facilitation tools to bring experience based knowledge to the core of change, combining online and offline tools as needed.
