SESAR 3 HARMONIC Project

The goal of HARMONIC project is to advance network and flow management both on the local and network levels, as well as to enhance the coordination abilities between the stakeholders. The focus is to provide enhanced collaboration and increase demand management automation, thus providing the essential solutions that will support bringing the new Flow Concept of Operations (CONOPS) to operational reality. HARMONIC R&D also targets certain aspects of the Dynamic Airspace Configurations concept and validates a set of tools for improved Civil-Military Collaboration. Through relevant solutions and strategic collaboration, this project strives to improve the demand-capacity balancing process by providing higher level of automation and enhanced collaboration.
