Sextant Consulting was created by Special Forces for Special Forces. Special Forces soldiers are the most highly trained and skilled warriors in the world. It takes years of practice to learn the tools of the trade and even more years to master them. Unfortunately, they are expected to make the leap from military to civilian with few tools, no training, and very little time. Our mission is to provide SF/SOF Warriors with the tools and strategies to effectively transition from a military to a civilian career. Transitioning from the military can be one of the most stressful periods in a soldier’s career. For Special Forces soldiers, accustomed to being in complete control of their environment, this can be a daunting and humbling experience. Too many SF guys fall back on what they know best, and continue the mission as a contractor in various danger zones. Our goal is to arm you with more options.
