SG Therapy Group believes in using a strengths-based perspective to help clients identify and reach goals, while understanding the individual needs and desires of each client. Viewing the individual in the context of their environment allows the group to gain a more holistic view of the client and the external stressors impacting their daily lives. SG Therapy Group strives to create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment, that empowers clients to fully utilize the therapeutic space. They integrate a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy Modalities, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. SG Therapy Group employee's clinical training includes work with diverse populations of all ages with a variety of struggles and strengths. The therapists have experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perfectionism, self-concept, adjustment, trauma and abuse.
