This includes both underperforming businesses (e.g., low-margin or negative EBITDA) as well as healthy businesses undergoing a transformation (e.g., healthy division of a parent company in chapter 11). In addition, we work hands on with management to identify and complete add-on acquisitions. We quickly consummate complex transactions through creative deal structures using our in house due diligence, industry, and operations experts.
