Shaping Her Earth

Shaping Her Earth (SHE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women of color as they navigate education, identity, and personal growth. Our mission is to address the disparities and obstacles these young women face — and to ensure they are equipped to not just survive, but thrive. We foster inclusive environments that promote academic success, leadership development, and emotional well-being. Through intentional mentorship, creative expression, and community-building, we help shape confident, capable, and engaged change agents. At SHE, we provide the tools, resources, and safe spaces that young women of color need to grow — academically, socially, and personally. Our programs guide participants through high school, prepare them for the transition to college, and support their emergence as powerful leaders.
