Share Registrars was established in 2004 to fill a gap in the market for clients wanting a more personal service.
This personal service, together with a highly professional approach has enabled the company to grow steadily to the stage where it now has well over 200 client companies.
Share Registrars is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSP Secretaries, one of the largest UK firms of Chartered Secretaries, which provides company secretarial, payroll, accountancy support and other statutory services to in excess of 1000 companies. This connection enables Share Registrars to provide a full professional service and not just basic share registration.
The managing director is Peter Ronayne ACA who is a chartered accountant with over 25 years commercial and share registration experience. Peter is supported by full contingent of other professionally qualified staff.
