Coral S.A is the former Shell Hellas S.A. that was renamed after the completion of its acquisition by Motor Oil Hellas. The company operates in Greece since 1926. With approximately 800 retail stations operating under the Shell brand it has a market share around 20% and is a leader in the Greek market. Its main activities involve the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products, including gasoline, fuel oil, diesel and lubricants through its retail network. Ιts activities also cover industrial and commercial sectors, marine and chemicals. Furthermore Coral A.E. participates by 100% at the companies “Ermis A.E.M.E.E” and “Myrtea A.E.” that manage retail sites and at “CSSC Hellas A.E.” that offers accounting services. Also participates by 37,49% at “RAPI A.E.” a company that manages oil depots and by 49% at “Shell & MOH Aviation Fuels A.E.” a joint venture for the marketing and supply of Aviation Fuels under the Shell trademark in Greece.
