Our mission at Shift Solutions is to grow Minnesotan communities and workplaces through thoughtful services. We strive to eradicate homelessness by creating opportunities to create small shifts that in turn create gigantic impact where we live and work. The organization was intentionally created and each person within our organization is focused on the collective mission and vision. We are laser-focused on making giant impact through impeccable services. We have Tenacity: Like a house on solid foundation, we don’t shake easily. We are determined and steady without waiver. Challenges are naturally occurring in life but that doesn’t mean that it’s ok to quit.
