Shocchotar Proyash is a waste management initiative promoting hygiene, cleanliness, and sustainable practices in Bangladesh. We aim to increase recycling rates, empower underprivileged communities, and create a cleaner environment through efficient waste collection, processing, and resource recovery.
II. Mission and Vision:
Mission: To provide accessible and efficient waste management solutions while improving public health, sanitation, and economic conditions in Bangladesh.
Vision: To become a leading force in transforming Bangladesh's waste landscape, promoting a circular economy, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
150+ beneficiaries gained awareness of improved sanitation, waste management, and recycling through workshops, committees, and online outreach. 15 families & 3 vendors adopted recycling, reducing littering. 1 dumping site transformed into a playground, and 3 trees planted. 30 rewarded for commitment, BTCL impressed, inviting us for tea and praising our work. 300+ gained awareness online, 150 adopted better practices. Panel discussion on AI's impact on health and hygiene reached 805+ viewers and garnered significant engagement. Social media presence grew with 115 likes & 250 followers.
