The SHOREWINNER project is committed to establishing an offshore community of practice by collaborating with five Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in southern European countries: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus. The community promotes collaboration and partnerships among VET institutions, higher education institutions, businesses, research groups, and industry representatives.
The main objectives of this project are to provide training, develop offshore skills, share resources, and stay up-to-date with major European priorities.
The project brings together 22 partners from the 5 CoVEs, forming a consortium with different roles and creating a specialized hybrid consortium relevant to the project's goals.
