Every platform we sell comes offered with a 24 hour support contract backed by an industry standard SLA, and unlike most of our competitors, we don’t put our customers into a multi layered support process where they have to talk to call centre staff who follow a script before getting through to someone who can actually triage the problem; ALL of our support staff are also our engineers. In the event of an issue, it is highly likely that the engineer answering your query will be one of the team who built the platform you are enquiring about. This makes our fault resolution and customer satisfaction second to none. We specialise in deploying our own SIP Gateways and overlaying a suite of voice services onto them as required. While we have service creation environments and ready-made applications available through our modular voice portal, we are also happy to develop bespoke applications as needed to enable our clients to differentiate their B2B offering and to provide exactly what their clients may need or be asking for.
