KEY WEST PINK GULF SHRIMP: Our Key West Pink shrimp are obtained directly from gulf coast shrimp fleets, harvested from the from the Gulf of Mexico, and are individually flash-frozen. Always 100% natural - preservative and antibiotic free. And apart from being the biggest of the Gulf shrimp species, the pinks are sweeter with an even more mild flavor profile than both the white and brown gulf shrimp. Available in the following sizes / counts per pound: (HOSO): (U/12), (13-15), (16/18), (19/21), (22/25). ARGENTINIAN RED SHRIMP: Our Argentinian Red Shrimp are harvested in Argentina’s Southwest Atlantic Ocean, individually flash-frozen, and exported to the U.S.A. These wild Argentinian Red Shrimp are widely considered to be the most delicious shrimp on the market, characterized by possessing a sweet and rich buttery flavor comparable to Maine lobster. Additionally, our shrimp does not include Sodium Tripolyphoshate (STP). It is almost impossible to find processed shrimp on the market today that does not contain STP, which is a chemical that causes the retention of added water to seafood products. This negatively impacts not only the flavor and texture of the shrimp, but you also pay for weight of the added water in products that have been soaked in STP.
