Sustainable Innovations is a full service MEP firm which deeply integrates sustainability into our projects. We believe low energy projects are most cost effective when synergies in climate responsive design are found, making the building less dependent on active systems. Such an approach requires an intimate knowledge of building science, and we take pride in delivering world class engineering services. Our capacity can vary based on the project's needs, from sustainability and consulting engineer services to full Engineer of Record for MEP + Lighting design. Our work showcases creative solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of the projects we serve. We ardently search for high comfort - low energy solutions, and have the breadth of knowledge needed to deliver successful projects. SERVICES Climate Responsive Design & Modeling – We operate at the intersection of climate responsive architecture and well-integrated systems, and use advanced modeling to vet concepts and refine engineered solutions. MEP + Lighting Design – We provide full service MEP engineering on select projects, often local and aggressively passive. Green Building Rating Systems – Combined experience on over 200 LEED projects, as well as expertise in the Living Building Challenge, WELL and others. R&D + Tool Development – Consulting directly with manufacturers on energy efficiency products and software.
