At Sicilian Flavour we plant and grow durum wheat in Sicily and transform it into quality pasta and flour with a great taste but most importantly genuine as it does not contain artificial ingredients or chemicals. Our pasta production includes a few artisan pasta types including Busiata, a type of pasta made in Trapani, and Caserecce (also called Campagnole in our labels). Our Saragolla flour is extremely tasty and its quality is far above industrial productions as we source the wheat directly and we can guarantee where and how it has been harvested.
