Siegel's Bagelmania

Established in 1989, Bagelmania has been a Las Vegas staple, serving traditional New York-style bagels and Jewish delicacies. In 2018, longtime customer Stephen Siegel purchased and renamed it “Siegel’s Bagelmania.” Inspired by Los Angeles delis, Siegel created a 10,000 square-foot flagship location next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, featuring 200 seats, a private dining room, an outdoor patio, a full bar, and an extensive to-go deli and bakery. Bagelmania offers over 20 varieties of bagels, in-house whipped cream cheeses, fresh-baked breads, pastries, cookies, and Pinkbox Doughnuts. The menu includes all-day breakfast and lunch with favorites like Blintzes, Latkes, and Challah French Toast, as well as signature sandwiches and homemade soups. With its blend of tradition and innovation, Siegel’s Bagelmania continues to attract a loyal customer base, making it a beloved destination for both locals and visitors.
