Sight Picture specializes in custom leadership and team development workshops and executive coaching. After serving as a Naval officer for over 25 years, Mo founded Sight Picture to continue to serve corporate and military leaders. With three decades of executive coaching, speaking, confidential advisement and in-the- trenches experience with civilian and military professionals, Mo believes that leadership comes from moment by-moment decisions to invest in each other and in our own growth -- and not automatically from one's position. Leadership and professional growth is for everyone, everyday. Sight Picture is veteran-owned. All trainers and coaches are prior military or have worked with government/ military for at least 15 years. In addition to providing master facilitators, we also supply PCC-level executive coaching and ACC-level professional coaching with our ICF-accredited coaches.
