Society for Industrial Management and Engineering provides a platform for engineering undergraduates through industrial visits, events, seminars, webinars, research projects, workshops, annual meets. It is a rich platform where industry-based science and engineering are given importance and students get an opportunity to come forward to enhance their skills which will eventually help them after graduating from college. SIME on Innovation Front : Research is the strong foundation upon which every successful academic institution is built. Here at SIME under the guidance of esteemed faculty members and professors with an avid group of students, we are always working and looking to widen and deepen our interests and knowledge. At SIME we are always preparing ourselves for the future and with the research team always on a keen lookout, we aim to continually publish papers and research proceedings of the highest quality that put us at the forefront of Industrial breakthroughs. SOLIDWORKS has sponsored the research activities of the society for the 2021-22 session SIME on Inculcation Front : SIME events are a platform to sharpen skills and progress further via the means of effective and healthy competition. The events aim to motivate and provide a platform for eager students from various fields to compete and come out on top amongst their fellow counterparts. Every learning is best learned when it is understood and not just remembered. The workshops we have are curated to reinforce the process of learning and are ideally structured to improve the process of understanding. We also roll out regular webinars as well. SIME on Inspiration Front : We are determined to inspire the community of undergraduate students through our technical publication website: www.medium.com/spark-by-sime. Also, we launch various social media series to keep our followers updated about the industry. We are there on YouTube too for an enhanced learning experience for the students.
