Simoveo AS

Simoveo was founded in 2007 as a spin-off of a reserach project carried out at the University of Oslo´s Institute of Psychology between 2005 and 2007. The company was founded by Paul Andreas Lundeby and Kjell-Are Furnes. The company was founded and has been developed as a company that uses psychology, game based learning, simulations and individual feedback in order to help people improve their skills in areas focusing on interpersonal relations. Simoveo develops, sells and holds courses and training in the areas of negotiation, sales, communication, leadership, presentation, interviewing and other areas. Our employees are also available for consultant works in the same business areas. When it comes to our training programs we mainly deliver in-company-training. We mostly arrange training programs for small groups, containing of between 6 and 12 people, most often consisting of people from the same company/division. The programs consist of a mix between short lectures, practical training, individual feedback and group discussions.
