The first step is a free 30 minute discovery session so that I can understand what you want to achieve and if I will be the right person to help you. I'll be the person asking you the difficult questions and helping you look at the situation from different angles. I know from my own experience how lonely it can be leading a company through change and how just having someone to bounce your ideas off can really help.
