Sisters in Law Project is a project-based advocacy team looking to drive reform and create better legal support services for women having to navigate our legal systems. In particular, we seek to address the mismanagement of abuse in the legal setting that impacts the lives of women and their children.
The scope includes Family Court jurisdiction, state courts, police, and supports services. At present, our focus is harmonising the NSW state welfare processes with the Family Court processes.
