Site Therapeutics aims to map—down to the nucleotide—the genetic determinants driving immune cell function in human health and disease. Leveraging technology developed in the Marson Lab at UCSF/Gladstone, we will conduct high-throughput functional genomics in human cells to build a blueprint for fine-tuned control of immune cell function. This detailed map will lead to the development of new therapeutics across modalities for a range of immune-related conditions.
