- Our students are usually working much harder than the average (part-time during school in spring, and sometimes 40-60hr weeks in the summer)
- They are taking on a significant amount of responsibility (employees reporting to them, clients seeking their advice, etc)
- They have to learn a lot and ensure they keep up with the different phases of the business.
- Sometimes they have to decrease their social life / hobbies to get over the initial learning curve hump.
With those challenges being worked through over the space of a 6-8 month term, the profit projections of $20K-$30K will now make more sense.
