Sixes Management Group is a full-service association and property management company, with expansive expertise in the management of large scale amenities. Newly formed in 2009, SMG seeks to fill a gap in the existing association management community, through high-quality hands on management of residential associations that own or are affiliated with large scale amenities. Sixes Management Group believes in focusing on a small group of clients and providing high quality onsite operations and management, resulting in higher quality communities with more satisfied residents. Founded with the belief that the levels of service, quality, and attention to detail in the association management industry is lacking, the principals of Sixes Management Group bring 100+ years of operating experience, dealing directly with retail customers, but also having extensive knowledge and relationships with master planned residential developments. While tangible aspects of service and management are easily identified, SMG truly prides itself on the intangible creativity and aggressive culture in the organization, and a sincere desire to redefine the expectations of associations in their management and administrative relationships.
