St. Johnsbury Academy Jeju

Located on Korea’s beautiful island of Jeju, we continue to exemplify our home school in Vermont. Founded in 1842, St. Johnsbury Academy Jeju fosters integrity, academic excellence, and civic awareness in the education and development of our students. We follow the same pillars honored by our home school: Character, Inquiry, and Community. To provide the most well-rounded, enriching environment for our students, we prioritize the combination of in-school learning with real-world application. Our highly qualified educators create curricula inspired by Inquiry and Project-Based Learning for a more dynamic, active learning experience in a caring learning environment. We also offer a unique Capstone Intensive Learning Model (CILM) in grades 5, 8, and 12. The CILM gives students a chance to research and present personally meaningful projects, encouraging them to discover and pursue their passion in life.
