Skill Development India through Centre for Employability Skills offers a variety of continuous programs for perfecting talent and brushing up skills for potential job seekers who lack the workplace skills. We adopt various tools including Participative workshops, AV based Learning, Simulations & Sharing Experience by Industry Experts in a classic workplace setting to help participants understand world of work better. About Centre for Employability Skills (CES Academy) CES Academy is conceptualized by industry experts. The training modules are developed keeping in mind the challenges faced by job seekers as well as working professionals. Why do we exist? The Curriculum focused Conventional Education doesn’t equip students with employability skills. Thus the need. The Problem Statement No surprises, the job seekers / working professionals are under tremendous pressure to perform at their studies / work. Unfortunately, this leads to lack of time / guidance to plan their career chart appropriately. Thus, leaving them uncertain about career choices, finding employment, interview preparations, image building, preparing for jobs, resume writing, presentations, success@job, advancement in career & business communications etc. This not only leads to unemployment but also wrong selection of career, timidity, demotivation and above all, loss of great opportunities & time. The Solution We Offer We work with each participant and identify key improvement areas besides general employability skills the participant needs. We motivate the participant to work with us towards his / her overall professional development. The focus at CES Academy is to brush participant’s talent, instil confidence & flair, make them positive, presentable, responsible & adaptable professionals.
