2. Recruiter: Traditional Application Tracking System simply provide candidates to the recruiters based on the provided criteria. However they still have complains about the candidate fit. We aim to fix that issue by not only evaluating candidate fit on technical and domain skills but also on soft skills and behavior by creating Candidate Fit Scorecard catering to each job profile.
