Our mission is to empower healthcare organizations with unified data and agentic AI applications to drive better outcomes and reduce burnout. Skypoint is a HITRUST r2 certified data unification and agentic AI platform engineered to accelerate productivity, clinical decision support, and operational efficiency for healthcare organizations. The Skypoint platform delivers two core solutions: First, the Unified Data Platform (UDP) centralizes data from siloed and disparate sources into a secure data lakehouse (OLAP) and lakebase (OLTP). UDP features robust administration, Master Data Management (MDM), agent and application management, advanced security, and an intuitive Studio interface. Leveraging healthcare-specific, AI-ready data models, UDP provides organizations with clean, governed, and actionable data for insights and agentic AI automation. Second, our Business Applications and Experience suite is designed for healthcare business users and clinicians, delivering immediate operational value. This suite includes Insights for analytics and reporting, AI Agents and Copilots for workflow automation and enhanced clinical decision-making, population health management, and Agentic Apps for Prior Authorization, Referrals Management, Scribing, Care Management, Provider Engagement, and Patient Engagement. Agentic AI applications such as Lia, Scribe, and Operator further streamline operations and help reduce provider burnout. All applications deliver a unified, intuitive user experience, consistent with Studio in UDP. Founded in 2020 in Portland, Oregon, Skypoint now serves over 75 customers and has grown to more than 60 full-time employees.
