Student LunchBox (SLB), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Los Angeles, California, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity among low-income college students. SLB’s mission is rooted in the belief that students should not choose between education and basic needs. Unlike other support systems, we are a college community-led, impact-focused, and sustainability driven organization, reaching thousands of students through strategic campus partnerships to address the pivotal challenges of food and financial insecurity. Our unique approach not only empowers students to overcome immediate hardships but also enables them to achieve their academic goals, unlock their full potential, and successfully complete their educational journeys.
