About Together California

Together California is building 12 individual foster homes in Palmdale, CA to ensure siblings entering the foster care system can stay together, connected, and supported by an on-site community of care. Together California's innovative model of care will have a full-time dedicated resource parent living in each home, whose only job is to offer compassion and love to every child. A 7,000 square foot community center will house the Together California offices and will offer enriching programs and services to the entire community.
