SLC Group Limited is a boutique investment and strategic support company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our team has a background in a range of industries but have extensive experience in: - Food and Beverage - Agribusiness We are involved in two separate areas being: 1. ACTIVE INVESTMENT Our focus is on turning SME’s into valuable brands that are attractive to multinationals. To achieve this we invest in companies where we can utilise our skill sets to add significant value to the management of the business alongside the financial investment. 2. STRATEGIC SUPPORT The key area where we add value in Strategic Support is through our customer centric view of entities, with a particular emphasis on Asia. This view impacts a number of areas of business including: - Sales (particularly high quality products into Asia) - Brand strategy - Export strategy We are currently providing (or have provided) Strategic Support to a number of large New Zealand based entities including: - State Owned Enterprises - Iwi Affiliated Entities - Large New Zealand Corporates
