Founded in September 1998 in Kings Norton, Smart Homes was, within two years, recognised as the top agent in the area. We went on to open a branch in Hall Green in 2001 and consequently, became the area’s number one agent within just twelve months of the branch opening, before moving to Shirley in 2007. Thus Smart Homes has maintained its high position amongst local competitors for sixteen years. We believe that this success was a result of the philosophies that we, as a company, continue to enforce in our Shirley branch today.
