The company was founded in 1985 as Norbert Mühlan Werkzeug-Formenbau AG. In 2022, the company was taken over by the Family of Jasmin Rosenberger, shareholder of Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG, a large Family owned industrial group with more than 11.000 employees. Due to the change of ownership, we are now SMART Precision Tools & Manufacturing GmbH, an innovative and reliable partner for the development and production of plastic/stamping tools as well as for machining technology/subcontracting. We love challenging projects to which we can contribute our many years of experience and our special know-how in close cooperation with our customers. Using pioneering technologies, we are one of the leading and innovative suppliers of system solutions in mold making and plastic injection molding. In the field of machining technology, we supply high-quality turned, milled and eroded parts as individual parts or in series as a contract manufacturer.
