Smart Fundi Solutions is a forward thinking social enterprise tackling the housing deficit and climate crisis since 2018. We offer Pathways to homeownership for low-moderate income families in Uganda through our Rent-to-Own Housing Scheme, where rent payments are replaced with affordable installments. Our Climate Smart homes and WASH solutions are built using climate-friendly Interlocking Stabilized Soil Blocks (ISSB) manufactured from waste soil. To make financing accessible, we partner with institutions like Oiko Credit International (Netherlands), Eco Green Microfinance, HOFOKAM, Housing Finance Bank, KCB Bank, EBO Sacco among others.
