Smart IT was founded in 2008, based in Team Valley, Gateshead. We provide friendly, professional and reliable IT support and Telecommunications to local businesses within the North East. We are a leading Microsoft Certified Partner demonstrating our proven expertise in delivering quality solutions, we have gained our ISO9001 Quality Management System standard, ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard and are Certified HP Business Partners. Although typically we serve businesses with between 10 and 500 workstations and servers, our portfolio ranges from working on some of the largest IT networks in the North East to simple one-off PC/server repairs. Smart IT is continuing to grow from strength to strength, with service circa of 800 clients, serviced by over 60 IT and communication professionals. We constantly invest in new technologies and resources to ensure the services we offer become more efficient and responsive. Our customers are in a diverse range of industries including finance, construction, legal, charities, manufacturing, media, NHS, education and other IT specialists. For every single customer we develop and deliver a customised support plan to satisfy their unique requirements, expectations and budget.
