SMASH is here to support musicians’ health. The membership process is free and confidential, your contact information will never be sold for any reason. SMASH is not a health insurance provider, and if you have insurance you can still qualify for SMASH services.
How it works:
Step 1: Fill out the SMASH Membership form.
Step 2: You will be contacted within 2-3 business days by SMASH for onboarding where you’ll work with member services to identify where they can support your healthcare goals.
Step 3: Access health and wellness services with the support of SMASH.
