SMASH helps local musicians stay healthy by providing access to free and low-cost medical, dental, and mental health services to low- and limited-income working musicians plus provide support for navigating the complicated and frustrating healthcare system. The membership process is free and confidential, your contact information will never be sold for any reason. SMASH is not a health insurance provider, and if you have insurance you can still qualify for SMASH services. How it works: Step 1: Fill out the SMASH Membership form. Step 2: You will be contacted within 2-3 business days by SMASH for onboarding where you’ll work with member services to identify where they can support your healthcare goals. Step 3: Access health and wellness services with the support of SMASH.
